One bunch of certified organic, locally grown daikon radishes. Daikon Radishes are long and purple or white, with a mild radish flavor. They’re juicy and delicious eaten raw in salads, but we also enjoy Daikon Radishes when they’re pickled, roasted, shredded and made into fried cakes, or used as a tasty farm-fresh filling for parathas. Daikon radishes are an excellent source of vitamin C.
